1. General Cancellation Policy
At Traveler Cappadocia, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service partners. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
2. Hot Air Balloon Rides
- 48+ hours before flight: Full refund (minus processing fees)
- 24-48 hours before flight: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Weather cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling to the next available date
- Operator cancellation: Full refund or alternative date offered at no extra cost
3. Guided Tours & Activities
- 72+ hours before tour: Full refund
- 48-72 hours before tour: 75% refund
- 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
4. Package Tours
- 14+ days before departure: Full refund (minus 10% administrative fee)
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3-7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
5. Transfer Services
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
7. Modifications
Date changes and modifications are subject to availability. One free date change is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Additional changes may incur a modification fee. Please contact us as early as possible to request any changes.
