2. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of travel services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website (travelercappadocia.com) or other booking channels, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Service Details

The services covered under this agreement include:

• Hot Air Balloon flight experiences
• Guided daily and multi-day tours in Cappadocia
• Airport and intercity transfer services
• Package tour arrangements including accommodation
• Adventure activities (ATV/Quad, horseback riding, etc.)

The specific details of the purchased service, including date, time, duration, number of participants, and price, will be specified in the booking confirmation sent to the Buyer.

4. Price and Payment

• All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• The total price of the service will be clearly displayed before the Buyer completes the purchase.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash payment.
• Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• The Seller reserves the right to update prices; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

5. Delivery of Services

Services will be delivered on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation. The Buyer will receive detailed information about meeting points, pickup times, and any necessary preparations via email or WhatsApp. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described; however, minor changes may occur due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities provided on a specific date or period. However, Traveler Cappadocia offers a voluntary cancellation policy as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction. The applicable monetary limits for arbitration committees are determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

8. Acceptance

By completing a booking through our website or other channels, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
