1. Introduction
Welcome to Traveler Cappadocia. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Traveler Cappadocia ("Company", "we", "us") and the customer ("you", "client") who books or uses our travel services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Traveler Cappadocia is a licensed travel agency operating in Göreme, Cappadocia, Turkey, specializing in hot air balloon rides, guided tours, airport transfers, and package tour services.
2. Services Provided
Traveler Cappadocia offers the following services:
- Hot Air Balloon Rides over Cappadocia
- Guided Daily Tours (Red Tour, Green Tour, Blue Tour, etc.)
- Package Tours with accommodation and activities
- Airport and intercity transfer services
- Cappadocia Enduro (ATV/Quad) tours
- Private and group tour arrangements
- Hotel and accommodation booking assistance
3. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from Traveler Cappadocia. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.
- You must provide accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and any special requirements.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of successful payment.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
- All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications to standard packages.
- Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- Valid identification (passport or ID card) must be carried during all tours.
- Customers must follow safety instructions provided by tour guides and operators.
- Any medical conditions or physical limitations must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours.
6. Liability
Traveler Cappadocia acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (balloon operators, hotels, transport companies). While we ensure the highest quality standards, we cannot be held liable for incidents caused by third‑party service providers, natural disasters, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. All balloon flights and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and safety regulations set by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority.
7. Force Majeure
Traveler Cappadocia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or any other force majeure events.
